Users in the Guest role have access to only a few of the Office 365 services. Guest Users cannot sign in to any services with a Microsoft account, such as Outlook.com, OneDrive, or Skype for Business Online.
Guest Users can only sign in to services that do not use Azure Active Directory for authentication, such as the Office Online web apps.
Entitlements and Licenses
Users do not require a license for the Office 365 services. Instead, they have a “per-user” or “per-device” license if they have added their email address to the account.
So, this is an “unlimited” license. This allows users to install Office on as many devices and use it for as long as they want.
